基于應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的微生物學(xué)實驗教學(xué)體系改革

摘 要：微生物學(xué)實驗是生物工程專業(yè)的一門重要的實踐性課程，有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實踐能力和綜合素養(yǎng)。以南陽理工學(xué)院為例，本文分析了該校微生物學(xué)實驗教學(xué)中存在的問題?；趯W(xué)科建設(shè)以及應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)需要，本文從教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、考核方式等方面進(jìn)行探索和改革。

Abstract：Microbiology experiment is an essential practical course for bioengineering major，which helps to cultivate students’ practical skills and comprehensive quality.Taking Nanyang Institute of Technology as an example，the problems in the current teaching of microbiology experiments at the university were analyzed in the article.Based on the needs of discipline construction and applicationoriented talent cultivation，we explored and reformed from the aspects of teaching content，teaching methods，assessment methods，and so on.
