糧油原料中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)存在的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策
摘 要:本文分析了農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)中存在的儀器檢測(cè)限與實(shí)際需求不符、前處理過(guò)程中雜質(zhì)干擾嚴(yán)重以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)獲取困難等問(wèn)題,提出采用高靈敏度檢測(cè)技術(shù)、引入高效液相色譜凈化技術(shù)及建立完善的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等優(yōu)化措施,以提高檢測(cè)精度和可靠性,保障糧油質(zhì)量安全。

Abstract: This article analyzes the problems of instrument detection limits not meeting actual needs in pesticide residue detection, severe interference from impurities in the pre-treatment process, and difficulty in obtaining standard substances. Optimization measures such as using high-sensitivity detection technology, introducing high-performance liquid chromatography purification technology, and establishing a complete standard substance database are proposed to improve detection accuracy and reliability, and ensure the quality and safety of grain and oil.
