摘 要:本文闡述餐飲行業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的內(nèi)涵與特征,以及餐飲供應(yīng)鏈一體化的定義與范疇,分析新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力背景下餐飲供應(yīng)鏈一體化發(fā)展存在的問題,從構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈信息一體化平臺、實施供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同優(yōu)化機制、建立供應(yīng)鏈風險管控體系3個方面提出了一體化發(fā)展策略,旨在提升供應(yīng)鏈的整體競爭力。

Problems and Strategies for Integrated Development of the Catering Supply Chain in the Context of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productivity of the catering industry, as well as the definition and category of the integration of the catering supply chain, analyzes the problems existing in the integrated development of the catering supply chain under the background of the new quality productivity, and puts forward the integrated development strategy from three aspects: building the information integration platform of the supply chain, implementing the collaborative optimization mechanism of the supply chain and establishing the risk management and control system of the supply chain. It aims to enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.
