高校食品專業(yè)實驗室安全管理探究

摘 要：食品專業(yè)實驗室的安全與管理是保證食品專業(yè)教學、科研活動順利進行的基礎，同時也是確保人員安全、實驗數(shù)據(jù)準確性和資源有效利用的關鍵。隨著科技的發(fā)展，相關部門對食品專業(yè)實驗室安全及相應安全管理提出了新的要求，需要建立完善的食品專業(yè)實驗室安全管理體系，保障實驗室的安全。

Abstract： The safety and management of food professional laboratories is the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of food professional teaching and scientific research activities， and it is also the key to ensuring the safety of personnel， the accuracy of experimental data and the effective use of resources. With the development of science and technology， relevant departments have put forward new requirements for the safety of food professional laboratories and corresponding safety management， and it is necessary to establish a sound food professional laboratory safety management system to ensure the safety of laboratories.
