摘 要:食品添加劑能夠改善食品品質(zhì),延長(zhǎng)食品保質(zhì)期限,但超量超范圍使用也會(huì)引發(fā)食品安全問題?;诖?,本研究從食品添加劑類別和基本情況兩方面梳理食品添加劑的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)食品添加劑安全監(jiān)管的不足之處進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)性地提出相應(yīng)的監(jiān)管優(yōu)化措施,旨在提升食品添加劑的監(jiān)管效率和監(jiān)管質(zhì)量。

Research on Application Status of Food Additives and Regulatory Measures

Abstract: Food additives can improve food quality and extend the shelf life of food, but excessive use will also cause food safety problems. Based on this, this study sorted out the application status of food additives from the categories and basic situation of food additives, analyzed the deficiencies of food additive safety supervision, and put forward corresponding regulatory optimization measures, aiming at improving the regulatory efficiency and quality of food additives.
