基于全民健身的體育運動與膳食營養(yǎng)融合對策

摘 要:運動和營養(yǎng)是健康的兩大支柱,但很多參與運動的人們對運動營養(yǎng)學(xué)的認(rèn)識不足。本文從全民健身視角出發(fā),通過分析不同運動類型對人體的影響,闡述膳食營養(yǎng)素的生理功能,指出運動人群中常見的膳食營養(yǎng)誤區(qū),提出基于全民健身的體育運動與膳食營養(yǎng)融合策略,為體育運動與膳食營養(yǎng)的融合提供思路。

Strategies for Integrating Physical Exercise and Dietary Nutrition Based on National Fitness

Abstract: Exercise and nutrition are the two pillars of health, but many people who participate in sports do not know enough about sports nutrition. From the perspective of national fitness, this paper analyzes the impact of different types of exercise on the human body, expounds the physiological functions of dietary nutrients, points out the common dietary nutrition misunderstandings among sports people, and proposes the integration strategy of physical exercise and dietary nutrition based on national fitness to provide ideas for the integration of physical exercise and dietary nutrition.
