摘 要:隨著高等教育的快速發(fā)展,高校食品安全問題日益受到社會(huì)關(guān)注。本文分析了高校食品安全的重要性,詳細(xì)探討了當(dāng)前高校食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)相關(guān)問題提出了應(yīng)對(duì)措施,包括加強(qiáng)人員培訓(xùn)、完善管理制度、監(jiān)督外包公司、完善預(yù)控機(jī)制和優(yōu)化老舊設(shè)備等,以期構(gòu)建安全、健康的校園環(huán)境,保障師生的飲食安全。

Abstract: With the rapid development of higher education, food safety issues in universities are increasingly receiving social attention. This article analyzes the importance of food safety in universities, explores in detail the current situation of food safety risks in universities, and proposes countermeasures for related issues, including strengthening personnel training, improving management systems, supervising outsourcing companies, improving pre-control mechanisms, and optimizing old equipment, in order to build a safe and healthy campus environment and ensure the food safety of teachers and students.
