校園食堂食品安全監(jiān)管問(wèn)題及對(duì)策
摘 要:近年來(lái),校園食品安全事故頻發(fā),威脅著廣大師生的生命健康安全。因此,筆者結(jié)合自身基層工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以所在地為例,分析校園食堂中存在的食品安全問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,以期為基層市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管部門開展食品安全監(jiān)管工作提供參考。

The Issues and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision in Campus Cafeteria

Abstract: In recent years, campus food safety issues have occurred frequently, threatening the health and safety of teachers and students. Therefore, the author combined with their own grassroots work experience, taking the location as an example, to analyze the food safety problems existing in campus canteens, and put forward corresponding solutions, in order to provide reference for grassroots market supervision departments to carry out food safety supervision work.
