摘 要:近年來(lái),隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲、預(yù)制菜等興起,食品安全問(wèn)題變得愈發(fā)突出。而食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)是確保食品質(zhì)量安全的重要手段之一?;诖?,本文分析了食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)現(xiàn)狀,并圍繞食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)質(zhì)量的影響因素和質(zhì)量控制措施進(jìn)行探討,以期提升食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,促進(jìn)食品行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rise of online catering and pre made meals, food safety issues have become increasingly prominent. Food inspection and testing is one of the important means to ensure food quality and safety. Based on this, this article analyzes the current situation of food inspection and testing, and explores the influencing factors and quality control measures of food inspection and testing quality, in order to improve the accuracy of food inspection and testing results and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
