質(zhì)譜法在食品樣本農(nóng)藥殘留分析中的應(yīng)用探討
摘 要:農(nóng)藥殘留是導(dǎo)致食品安全問題產(chǎn)生的因素,需要重視市場中所有流通食品的安全檢測,以此保證人們的生命健康。質(zhì)譜法是較為常用的一種檢測方法,可以通過檢測食物中的農(nóng)藥殘留成分控制食品安全,具有分析能力強(qiáng)、精度高的特點。本文主要概述了食品樣本中的農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術(shù),并介紹了各種質(zhì)譜法的具體應(yīng)用。

Application of Mass Spectrometry in the Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Food Samples

Abstract: Pesticide residue is a factor that causes food safety problems. It is necessary to pay attention to the safety testing of all circulating food in the market to ensure people’s life and health. Mass spectrometry is a common detection method, which can control food safety by detecting pesticide residues in food, and has the characteristics of strong analytical ability and high precision. In this paper, the detection techniques of pesticide residues in food samples were reviewed, and the specific applications of various mass spectrometry methods were introduced.
