食品微生物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行中存在的問題探討

摘 要:微生物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的重要組成部分,在食品安全抽檢過程中,微生物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了樣品抽樣、儲運(yùn)、檢驗(yàn)檢測的基本要求。本文總結(jié)了檢驗(yàn)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)在應(yīng)用食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的微生物檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題,并針對存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,提出合理化建議,旨在為食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂工作提供參考。

Discussion on Problems in the Implementation of Food Microbiological Standards

Abstract: Microbiological standards are an important part of the food safety standards system. In the process of food safety sampling, microbiological standards specify the basic requirements for sampling, storage and transportation, inspection and testing. This paper summarizes the problems of microbial inspection standards and discriminant standards found by inspection body and laborboratory in the application of food safety standards, and analyzes the existing problems and puts forward rationalized suggestions, aiming to provide reference for the revision of food safety standards.

近年來,食品安全問題日益突出,隨著人們生活水平和信息化傳播水平的提高,以食品添加劑、非食品性物質(zhì)添加、微生物等引起的食品安全事件往往備受關(guān)注,食品安全抽檢作為市場監(jiān)督管理部門重要的日常監(jiān)管手段,在保障我國食品安全方面發(fā)揮了主要作用。(剩余4121字)
