摘 要:菜品的質(zhì)量是影響餐飲企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成功與否的重要因素,也是餐飲企業(yè)能否長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵?,F(xiàn)代餐飲企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中,對(duì)菜品質(zhì)量的把控提出了更高的要求?;诖耍疚膶?duì)餐飲企業(yè)菜品質(zhì)量管理的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了一些解決對(duì)策。

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Food Quality Management in Catering Enterprises

Abstract: The quality of dishes is an important factor affecting the success of catering enterprises, and it is also the key to the long-term development of catering enterprises. In the management of modern catering enterprises, higher requirements are put forward for the control of food quality. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems of food quality management in catering enterprises, and puts forward some solutions.
