淺談高職院校食堂管理
——以湄洲灣職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例
摘 要:高職院校的食堂聚集性強(qiáng),人流量大,涵蓋了各種風(fēng)味小吃,食品安全隱患大,亟需制定一套行之有效的管理體系。本文從制度管理、人員管理、食材管控、設(shè)施設(shè)備管理、就餐環(huán)境管理等全面分析高職院校食堂存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了一系列可行性的管理措施。

Abstract: Canteen in higher vocational colleges has strong aggregation and large flow of people. There has each kind of flavor snack. It is urgent to develop an effective management system because of the serious food security hidden danger. This article comprehensive analysis the problem of system management,food material control, facilities and equipment management, dining environment in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward a series of feasible management measures.
