淺談大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)管中的運用

摘 要：本文通過分析我國食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)特點與應(yīng)用意義，闡明食品安全監(jiān)管中引入大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的對策，來構(gòu)建食品安全監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)而加強(qiáng)對食品安全的監(jiān)管。
