影響食品檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確度的因素及提升策略

摘 要：在食品生產(chǎn)體系中，食品檢驗(yàn)是必不可少的工作之一，是食品生產(chǎn)、食品流通的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)。保障食品檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度，可為食品生產(chǎn)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，提升食品在市場(chǎng)流通中的安全性?；诖?，本文分析了影響食品檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的主要因素，提出了提升食品檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確度的可行性策略，旨在提升食品檢驗(yàn)的質(zhì)量及效率。

Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Inspection Results and Improving Strategies

Abstract： In the food production system， food inspection is one of the essential tasks and the basic link of food production and food circulation. Ensuring the accuracy of food inspection can provide data support for food production and improve the safety of food in market circulation. Based on this， this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the accuracy of food inspection， and proposes feasible strategies to improve the accuracy of food inspection results， aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of food inspection.
