食品添加劑引發(fā)的食品安全問題及控制措施研究

摘 要：近些年來，我國出現(xiàn)大量的食品安全事件，并引起公眾的廣泛關(guān)注，其中存在食品添加劑使用不當和使用劑量不規(guī)范等問題。因此，本文研究了食品添加劑引發(fā)的食品安全問題，深入探討了食品添加劑的控制措施，旨在加強對食品添加劑的監(jiān)督管理，以確保消費者的合法權(quán)利。

Study on Food Safety Problems Caused by Food Additives and Control Measures

Abstract： In recent years， there have been a large number of food safety incidents， which have aroused widespread public concern， including improper use of food additives and non-standard dosage. Therefore， this paper studies the food safety problems caused by food additives， in-depth discussion of the control measures of food additives， aimed at strengthening the supervision and management of food additives， in order to ensure the legal rights of consumers.
