摘 要:近些年來,我國出現(xiàn)大量的食品安全事件,并引起公眾的廣泛關(guān)注,其中存在食品添加劑使用不當和使用劑量不規(guī)范等問題。因此,本文研究了食品添加劑引發(fā)的食品安全問題,深入探討了食品添加劑的控制措施,旨在加強對食品添加劑的監(jiān)督管理,以確保消費者的合法權(quán)利。

Abstract: In recent years, there have been a large number of food safety incidents, which have aroused widespread public concern, including improper use of food additives and non-standard dosage. Therefore, this paper studies the food safety problems caused by food additives, in-depth discussion of the control measures of food additives, aimed at strengthening the supervision and management of food additives, in order to ensure the legal rights of consumers.
