摘 要:食品安全與人們的身體健康密切相關(guān)。隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)步伐不斷加快,食品安全問題逐漸凸顯,一系列惡性食品安全事件極大地危害著人們的身體健康。本文闡述了食品安全與質(zhì)量管理的重要意義,分析了食品安全與質(zhì)量管理工作中的難點,提出了食品質(zhì)量安全與質(zhì)量管理的有效途徑。

Importance of Food Quality Safety and Quality Management

Abstract: Food safety is closely related to people’s health. With the accelerating pace of China’s economic construction, food safety problems have become increasingly prominent. A series of malignant food safety incidents have greatly harmed people’s health. This paper expounds the importance of food safety and quality management, analyzes the difficulties in food safety and quality management, and puts forward effective ways for food quality safety and quality management.
