摘 要:感官檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)以人們的感官感知為基礎(chǔ),包括視覺(jué)、嗅覺(jué)、味覺(jué)、觸覺(jué)以及聽(tīng)覺(jué)等方面,能夠全面而準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)食品的外觀、口感、氣味等特性,在食品質(zhì)量控制、新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)以及市場(chǎng)調(diào)研中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,為食品行業(yè)提供了關(guān)鍵的信息支持?;诖?,本文探討了食品感官檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)在食品質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用。

Discussion on the Application of Food Sensory Inspection Technology in Food Quality Inspection

Abstract: Based on people’s sensory perception, including vision, smell, taste, touch and hearing, sensory inspection technology can comprehensively and accurately evaluate the appearance, taste, odor and other characteristics of food, and plays an irreplaceable role in food quality control, new product development and market research, providing key information support for the food industry. Based on this, this paper discusses the application of food sensory inspection technology in food quality inspection.
