生物法調(diào)控右旋糖酐分子量的研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:右旋糖酐是一種可以應(yīng)用到食品行業(yè)的生物大分子多糖,分子量大小及其分布與其性質(zhì)及應(yīng)用范圍密切相關(guān)。探索能定向調(diào)控右旋糖酐分子量及分子量分布的方法,對目標(biāo)分子量片段的右旋糖酐的制備具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義及理論價值。本文主要綜述了生物法調(diào)控右旋糖酐分子量的研究進(jìn)展。

Progress in Biological Regulation of Dextran Molecular Weight

Abstract: Dextran is a bio-macromolecule polysaccharide that can be applied to the food industry. The molecular weight and distribution of dextran are closely related to their properties and applications. Therefore exploring directional methods to control the dextran molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, has important practical significance and theoretical value for the preparation of dextran. In this paper, we reviewed the progress in the research on the biological methods of controlling the molecular weight of dextran.

右旋糖酐(Dextran)是一種微生物多糖,分子式為(C6H10O5)n,是由α-D-葡萄糖基聚合而成的高分子量同多糖,因?yàn)橛倚囚酆隙鹊牟顒e,所獲得的右旋糖酐的分子量也不盡相同,不同分子量的右旋糖酐在食品行業(yè)有不同的應(yīng)用。(剩余5017字)
