摘 要:食品安全檢測關(guān)系到人們的身體健康和社會穩(wěn)定,能夠保障食品安全,促進(jìn)食品行業(yè)健康發(fā)展,維護(hù)食品市場秩序以及推動市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。基于此,本文闡述了食品安全檢測的重要性,食品安全檢測的技術(shù)和手段,并針對食品安全檢測存在的問題提出控制措施。

Problems and Control Measures in Food Safety Testing

Abstract: Food safety testing is related to people’s physical health and social stability, which can ensure food safety, promote the healthy development of the food industry, maintain food market order and promote the development of market economy. Based on this, this paper expounds the importance of food safety testing, the technology and means of food safety testing, and puts forward control measures for the problems existing in food safety testing.
