淺談食品檢測質量控制的關鍵點
摘 要:質量控制是檢驗檢測機構的重要工作,為確保食品檢測結果的準確可靠,降低報告數據的風險,必須對食品檢測活動中的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行質量控制。本文針對食品檢測的特點,對食品檢測質量控制的關鍵點進行了梳理,闡述了食品檢測全過程的質量控制方法,以期為食品檢測人員提供幫助。

Abstract: Quality control is an important task for inspection and testing institutions. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of food testing results and reduce the risk of reporting data, it is necessary to carry out quality control in all aspects of food testing activities. This article summarizes the key points of quality control based on the characteristics of food testing, and elaborates on the quality control methods throughout the entire process of food testing, in order to provide assistance to food testing personnel.
