摘 要：本文介紹了糕點(diǎn)類食品生產(chǎn)許可分類情況，闡述了糕點(diǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)許可現(xiàn)場審查工作流程，總結(jié)了糕點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)許可現(xiàn)場審查關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，并針對現(xiàn)場審查的常見問題提出相應(yīng)的對策，希望為糕點(diǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)許可現(xiàn)場審查工作提供一定參考。

Abstract： This paper introduces the classification of the production license of pastry food， expounds the work flow of the on-site examination of the production license of pastry enterprises， summarizes the key points of the on-site examination of the production license of pastry enterprises， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the common problems in the on-site examination， hoping to provide some reference for the on-site examination of the production license of pastry enterprises.
