食品檢測(cè)中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究

摘 要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人們對(duì)食品安全越來越重視，對(duì)食品檢測(cè)工作提出了更高的要求?，F(xiàn)階段農(nóng)作物種類越來越豐富，農(nóng)藥殘留問題也日漸嚴(yán)重，加大了食品安全威脅。本文從農(nóng)藥殘留危害、農(nóng)藥檢測(cè)的意義、農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)以及提升農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)水平的策略4個(gè)方面展開論述，希望為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Abstract： With the development of economy， people pay more and more attention to food safety， and put forward higher requirements for food testing. At this stage， the variety of crops is becoming increasingly rich， and the problem of pesticide residues is becoming increasingly serious， increasing the threat to food safety. This article discusses the hazards of pesticide residues， the significance of pesticide detection， pesticide residue detection technology， and strategies to improve the level of pesticide residue detection， hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
