人參中稀有人參皂苷轉(zhuǎn)化工藝研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：近年來人參保健食品的開發(fā)呈上升趨勢，稀有人參皂苷是具有更強生物活性的人參皂苷次級代謝物，在天然植物中含量極少。本文綜述了稀有人參皂苷的轉(zhuǎn)化工藝，為人參的進(jìn)一步合理開發(fā)提供理論基礎(chǔ)及技術(shù)參考。

Abstract： In recent years， the development of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer. health food is on the rise. Rare ginsenosides are secondary metabolites of ginsenosides with stronger biological activity， and their content in natural plants is very small. In this paper， the conversion technology of rare ginsenosides is reviewed， which provides theoretical basis and technical reference for further rational development of ginseng.
