高效液相色譜測定食品中固綠的前處理方法對比研究

摘 要:采用高效液相色譜法測定食品中人工合成色素固綠,對比了4種不同前處理方法,包括直接提取法、液-液萃取法、聚酰胺粉吸附法和固相萃取法。分別對果汁、配制酒、糖果、蜜餞等不同基質(zhì)進行測定,分析測定結(jié)果的準確度和精密度,并結(jié)合方法的便捷度和經(jīng)濟效益等,確定各種不同基質(zhì)對應(yīng)的最優(yōu)前處理方法。

Abstract: High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the fast green FCF of artificial synthetic pigments in food. Four different pretreatment conditions were compared, including direct extraction method, liquid-liquid extraction method, polyamide powder adsorption method and solid phase extraction method. Prepare different matrices such as wine, candy, and candied fruit for determination, analyze the accuracy and precision of the measurement results, and combine the convenience and economic benefits of the method to determine the optimal pretreatment method for various matrices.
