互聯(lián)網(wǎng)外賣食品安全監(jiān)管績效評價指標(biāo)構(gòu)建研究

摘 要:本文從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)外賣食品行業(yè)及其安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀分析著手,結(jié)合政府監(jiān)管績效評價相關(guān)理論,基于以人為本的績效考評理念,運(yùn)用德爾菲專家法與層次分析法設(shè)計出一套客觀科學(xué)、可落地的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)食品安全監(jiān)管績效考評指標(biāo)體系,為后續(xù)該食品領(lǐng)域監(jiān)管考評提供一定的指導(dǎo)建議。

Abstract: Starting from the analysis of the internet takeaway food industry and its safety supervision status, combined with the relevant theories of government regulatory performance evaluation, based on the people-oriented performance evaluation concept, this paper uses Delphi expert method and analytic hierarchy method to design a set of objective, scientific and practical internet food safety supervision performance evaluation index system, which provides certain guidance and suggestions for the subsequent regulatory evaluation in the food field.

近年來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與速食技術(shù)的應(yīng)用推廣,外賣食品行業(yè)興起,根據(jù)《中國共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展報告》相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),2022年外賣餐飲業(yè)規(guī)模達(dá)到近萬億規(guī)模,線上外賣消費(fèi)占餐飲消費(fèi)的比重也由2018年的10.9%提升至2022年的25.4%,但與此同時也出現(xiàn)了諸多安全隱患。(剩余4862字)
