食品抽樣檢測的方法及技巧研究
摘 要:本文以食品抽樣檢測工作開展的重要性為切入點,分析了食品檢測方式選擇的要求,介紹了抽樣檢測的幾種具體方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了食品檢測抽樣工作開展中存在的問題,并提出了食品抽樣檢測質(zhì)量提升的優(yōu)化措施,希望能為我國食品安全工作的開展以及工作水平的提升提供參考和借鑒。
