摘 要:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們的生活水平也日漸提高,因此在飲食的追求上,人們也開始朝著多樣化的方向發(fā)展。尤其在對面點的追求上,中西方的面點也出現(xiàn)了融合發(fā)展的趨勢。但是歸根結底,中西方面點存在著本質的區(qū)別。本文針對中西面點進行概述,并對中西面點的差異和融合創(chuàng)新發(fā)展進行相關策略分析。

Abstract: With the development of the social economy, people’s living standards are also improving day by day. Therefore, in the pursuit of diet, people are also beginning to develop in a diversified direction. Especially in the pursuit of noodles, there is a trend of integration and development between Chinese and Western noodles. But ultimately, there are fundamental differences between the Chinese and Western aspects. This article provides an overview of Chinese and Western pastries, and analyzes the differences and integration of innovative development strategies between Chinese and Western pastries.
