摘 要：本文介紹了“5S”及定置化管理在檢驗(yàn)檢測室改進(jìn)過程中起到的作用，提出了在檢驗(yàn)檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中引入“5S”及定置化管理的一些建議及具體實(shí)施方案，以確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量管理體系的不斷改進(jìn)和持續(xù)、有效運(yùn)行。

Abstract： This paper introduces the role of “5S” and fixed management in the improvement process of the inspection and testing room.
