特殊膳食用食品中膽堿的檢測研究進展

摘 要:膽堿是一種重要的水溶性微量營養(yǎng)素,通常被歸為類維生素,它對維持細胞結(jié)構(gòu)和功能以及神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)乙酰膽堿合成至關(guān)重要。膽堿在特殊膳食用食品中有嚴格的添加要求,準確測定極其重要。本文對國內(nèi)外特殊膳食用食品中膽堿檢測方法中樣品處理、儀器、試劑、自動化程度等進行比較分析,以期為檢測人員提供理論指導(dǎo)。

Abstract: Choline is an important water-soluble micronutrient that is often classified as “vitamin-like.” It is critical for cell membrane structure and function and in synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Choline has been added in foods for special dietary users with a strict limitation to the amount of addition. Thus, accurate determination of choline has great significance. In this paper, the sample treatment, instrument, reagent and automation of the method for determination of choline in foods for special dietary users are brieflfly presented, so as to provide a reference for testing personnel.

特殊膳食用食品是為滿足特殊的身體或生理狀況和(或)滿足疾病、紊亂等狀態(tài)下的特殊膳食需求,而專門加工或配方的食品,包括嬰幼兒配方食品、嬰幼兒輔食食品、特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途配方食品以及其他特殊膳食食用食品(輔食營養(yǎng)補充品、孕婦、乳母營養(yǎng)補充食品等)[1]。(剩余7367字)
