高校食堂食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制管理探討
摘 要:本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前高校在食堂食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制管理方面的實(shí)際情況,綜合廣大師生身體健康及生命安全的保障需求,分析和探討了高校食堂食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制管理的具體應(yīng)對(duì)措施,為保障高校的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和提升高校食堂的服務(wù)水平提供參考。

Abstract: Based on the actual situation of food safety risk control and management in university canteens and the comprehensive needs of teachers and students for ensuring their physical health and life safety, this article analyzes and discusses specific countermeasures for food safety risk control and management in university canteens, providing reference for ensuring the healthy and stable development of universities and improving the service level of university canteens.
