摘 要：翡翠燒麥?zhǔn)菗P(yáng)州面點(diǎn)代表品種之一，其制作工藝講究，風(fēng)味獨(dú)特，深受當(dāng)?shù)厥晨秃陀慰偷南矏?ài)。本文從揚(yáng)州面點(diǎn)翡翠燒麥的面皮、餡心、造型、裝飾、熟制和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)方面進(jìn)行探討，結(jié)合行業(yè)要求，通過(guò)工藝分析以提升翡翠燒麥的風(fēng)味和品質(zhì)。

Exploration of the Production Technology of Yangzhou Pastry Jade Steamed Pork Dumplings

Abstract： Jade roasted wheat is one of the representative varieties of Yangzhou pastry，with exquisite craftsmanship and unique flavor， which is deeply loved by local diners and tourists. This article focuses on the production process of Yangzhou pastry jade steamed pork dumplings， it explores the dough， filling， shape， decoration， maturity， and innovation of jade steamed pork dumplings， and combines industry requirements to improve the flavor and quality of jade steamed pork dumplings through process analysis.
