液相色譜-質譜法測定茶葉中14種農藥殘留

摘 要:參照GB 23200.121—2021,采用液相色譜-質譜法對茶葉中14種農藥殘留進行測定。結果表明,在1~200 ng·mL-1濃度范圍內,14種農藥均具有良好的線性關系,相關系數(shù)均大于0.995。該方法的定量限、重復性限、回收率均符合要求,適用于茶葉中14種農藥殘留的測定。

Determination of 14 Pesticide Residues in Tea by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Referring to GB 23200.121—2021, 14 pesticide residues in tea were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that in the concentration range of 1~200 ng·mL-1, the

14 pesticides had a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995. The quantitative limit, repeatability limit and recovery rate of this method all met the requirements and were suitable for the determination of 14 pesticide residues in tea.
