摘 要:即食食品是一類可以直接食用的食品,所以對其微生物指標(biāo)的要求較高。目前,我國對即食食品的微生物指標(biāo)沒有明確的定值。本文主要比較了英國、愛爾蘭、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭關(guān)于即食食品的微生物限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為我國即食食品微生物限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract: Ready-to-eat food is a kind of food that can be eaten directly, so it requires higher microbial indicators. At present, there is no definite value for the microbial index requirements of ready-to-eat food in China. This paper mainly compares the microbial limit standards of ready-to-eat food among the Britain, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and provides reference for the formulation of microbial limit standards of ready-to-eat food in China.
