摘 要:本文基于湖北省近3年公布的省本級(jí)食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢數(shù)據(jù),分析了水果制品的抽檢不合格率變化情況、不合格品種和不合格項(xiàng)目,深入剖析了目前水果制品行業(yè)廣泛存在的食品安全問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制措施,以期為水果制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)食品質(zhì)量安全控制提供參考。

Research on the Current Status and Risk Control of Quality and Safety of Fruit Products

Abstract: Based on the provincial-level food safety supervision and sampling data published in Hubei province in the past three years, this paper analyzes the changes in the unqualified rate of fruit products, the types of unqualified fruit products and unqualified items. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of food safety issues in fruit products, and proposes quality control measures for fruit products, the purpose is to provide a reference for food quality and safety control for fruit products manufacturers.
