新時代高職思政課教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)培育內(nèi)涵研究

摘 要 新時代賦予了高職思政課教師更高的要求和更艱巨的使命。高職思政課教師必須不斷增強自身的職業(yè)能力和素養(yǎng)，著力在思想道德素質(zhì)、政治理論素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)教育理念、教學(xué)能力素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新思維素養(yǎng)、人文綜合素質(zhì)等方面加強修養(yǎng)，全面提升思政課教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。

Research on the Connotation of Professional Quality Cultivation for Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

Abstract The new era has given higher requirements and more arduous missions to ideological and political course teachers in vocational colleges. Vocational ideological and political course teachers must continuously enhance their professional abilities and literacy， focusing on strengthening their cultivation in ideological and moral qualities， political theory literacy， vocational education concepts， teaching ability literacy， innovative thinking literacy， humanistic comprehensive quality， and comprehensively improving the professional quality of ideological and political course teachers.
