“崗課賽證”融合背景下餐飲智能管理專業(yè)課程體系構(gòu)建探索

摘 要 “崗課賽證”融合為餐飲智能管理專業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式提供了新的思路。文章探索了“崗課賽證”的基本內(nèi)涵與邏輯關(guān)系,通過課程結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、課程空間拓展,構(gòu)建“崗課賽證”融合的餐飲智能管理專業(yè)課程體系,并通過建立產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院、加快教學(xué)模式改革,構(gòu)建多維評(píng)價(jià)體系,確保課程體系的有效實(shí)施。

Exploring the Construction of the Curriculum System for Intelligent Management of Catering under the Background of the Integration of "Post Course Competition Certificate"

Abstract The integration of "post course competition certification" provides new ideas for the innovative talent cultivation mode of catering intelligent management major. The article first explores the basic connotation and logical relationship of "on-the-job course competition certification". It is necessary to construct a catering intelligent management professional course system that integrates "on-the-job course competition certification" through course structure adjustment and course space expansion. It is also necessary to establish an industrial college, accelerate teaching mode reform, and construct a multidimensional evaluation system to ensure the effective implementation of the course system.
