“工匠精神”視域下高職會(huì)展專業(yè)“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

摘 要 文章從高職會(huì)展專業(yè)“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀著手，深入分析會(huì)展專業(yè)師資建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題，并從優(yōu)化“雙師型”教師師資結(jié)構(gòu)、完善“雙師型”教師師資培養(yǎng)體系、校企合作共建“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)基地三個(gè)方面給出建議對(duì)策，以期為高職院校會(huì)展專業(yè)推動(dòng)建設(shè)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍提供一定的參考借鑒。

Abstract The article starts from the current situation of the "double qualified" teaching staff in vocational exhibition majors， analyzes the problems in the construction of exhibition professional teachers， and provides suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects： optimizing the structure of "double qualified" teachers， improving the "double qualified" teacher training system， and building "double qualified" teacher training bases through school enterprise cooperation， In order to provide certain reference for promoting the construction of a "double qualified" teaching team in the exhibition major of vocational colleges.
