應(yīng)用型本科高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研融合雙贏模式的建設(shè)途徑

摘 要 產(chǎn)學(xué)研融合在應(yīng)用型本科高校發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用,但在實(shí)踐中仍存在一些問題,如科研和創(chuàng)新能力相對(duì)較弱、師資力量相對(duì)不足、項(xiàng)目對(duì)接不暢、項(xiàng)目成果轉(zhuǎn)化較低等。為了解決這些問題,文章從頂層設(shè)計(jì)、成果協(xié)同、雙贏模式和建設(shè)途徑等方面進(jìn)行探討,為應(yīng)用型本科高校產(chǎn)學(xué)研融合雙贏模式的建設(shè)提供參考。

The Construction Approach of Win-win Model in the Integration of

Industry-university-research in Application-oriented University

Abstract The integration of industry-university-research plays a crucial role in the development of applied undergraduate colleges. However, there are still some issues in practice, such as relatively weak scientific research and innovation capabilities, inadequate faculty strength, inefficient project coordination, and low conversion rate of project outcomes. In order to address these issues, this article explores the top-level design, collaborative achievements, win-win models, and construction approaches, providing references for the construction of win-win models in the integration of industry-university-research in applied undergraduate colleges.
