摘 要:采用原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定玻璃白酒瓶中鉛遷移量,通過(guò)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析測(cè)量過(guò)程中的不確定度來(lái)源,對(duì)測(cè)量不確定度進(jìn)行評(píng)定。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)白酒瓶中鉛遷移量為1.35 mg·L-1時(shí),擴(kuò)展不確定度為

0.12 mg·L-1(k=2),其中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線擬合引入的不確定度對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響較大。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Lead Migration in Glass Baijiu Bottles by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: The migration amount of lead in glass Baijiu bottles was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The uncertainty sources in the measurement process were analyzed by establishing a mathematical model, and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The results show that the expanded uncertainty is 0.12 mg·L-1

(k=2) when the migration amount of lead in the Baijiu bottle is 1.35 mg·L-1, and the uncertainty introduced by standard curve fitting has a greater impact on the measurement results.
