近紅外光譜技術(shù)在人參質(zhì)量評價(jià)中的研究現(xiàn)狀
摘 要:本文總結(jié)了近紅外光譜技術(shù)在人參外觀檢驗(yàn)、有效成分分析、重金屬和農(nóng)藥殘留檢測等質(zhì)量評價(jià)方法中的應(yīng)用,論述了近紅外光譜技術(shù)在提高評價(jià)準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性方面的重要性,同時(shí)總結(jié)了近紅外光譜技術(shù)在人參產(chǎn)地溯源、年限鑒別、種子鑒別、類別鑒別、皂苷和多糖檢測等多方面的應(yīng)用。

Research Status of Near Infrared Spectroscopy in Quality Evaluation of Ginseng

Abstract: This paper summarizes the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the quality evaluation methods of ginseng appearance inspection, active ingredient analysis, heavy metal and pesticide residue detection, and discusses the importance of near-infrared spectroscopy in improving the accuracy and reliability of evaluation. At the same time, it summarizes the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the traceability of ginseng origin, age identification, seed identification, category identification, saponin and polysaccharide detection.
