食品安全的影響因素及保障措施探析

摘 要：隨著人們生活質(zhì)量的持續(xù)提升，對食品安全提出了更高要求。在多方面因素的影響下，食品安全問題仍時常發(fā)生，不僅對市場秩序的穩(wěn)定控制產(chǎn)生了影響，還對人們的身體健康產(chǎn)生威脅，急需采取有效措施加強食品安全保障。本文分析了食品安全影響因素，提出食品安全保障措施。

Analysis on Influencing Factors and Safeguard Measures of Food Safety

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life， higher requirements have been put forward for food safety. Under the influence of various factors， food safety issues still frequently occur， which not only affects the stable control of market order， but also poses a threat to the health of the public. It is urgent to take effective measures to strengthen food safety protection. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of food safety and puts forward the measures to ensure food safety.
