白酒及原料檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的影響因素及控制策略探討

摘 要：白酒產(chǎn)品及其原料質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)容易受到樣品抽取、樣品制備、試劑儀器等一系列因素的影響，造成檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性難以得到可靠保障?；诖?，本文分析了影響白酒及其原料檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的因素，并提出了提高檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的關(guān)鍵措施與方法，希望能夠引起業(yè)內(nèi)人士的關(guān)注與重視，以進(jìn)一步提升白酒產(chǎn)品及其原料質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)水平。

Discussion on the Influencing Factors and Control Strategies of Baijiu and Raw Material Inspection Accuracy

Abstract： The quality inspection of Baijiu products and their raw materials is easily affected by a series of factors such as sample extraction， sample preparation， reagents and instruments， resulting in the accuracy of the test results is difficult to be reliably guaranteed. Based on this， this paper analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy of the inspection of Baijiu and its raw materials， and puts forward the key measures and methods to improve the accuracy of the inspection， hoping to be able to attract the attention of the industry and attention to further enhance the quality of Baijiu products and their raw materials inspection level.

對(duì)于白酒產(chǎn)品及其原料而言，在質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)期間一系列檢驗(yàn)參數(shù)容易受到多種因素的影響，導(dǎo)致檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果出現(xiàn)較大波動(dòng)，無法保障檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性，最終對(duì)白酒產(chǎn)品及其原料質(zhì)量判定結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響。（剩余4038字）
