摘 要:隨著食品市場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大,食品安全事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,不利于維護(hù)食品安全和質(zhì)量,因此需要重視對(duì)食品安全的檢測(cè)工作,從技術(shù)層面來(lái)保障食品安全,維持良好的食品市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。本文對(duì)液相色譜和氣相色譜在食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)中的具體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析,以供參考。

Abstract: With the expansion of the food market, food safety accidents occur from time to time, which is not conducive to maintaining food safety and quality. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to food safety testing work, ensure food safety from a technical level, and maintain a good food market environment. This article analyzes the specific applications of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography in food inspection and detection for reference.
