摘 要:本研究旨在獲得一株可利用麩皮生產乙醇酸的食品安全菌。通過同時過表達xdh和yjhG,構建了基因工程菌XDH-YjhG,該菌株能夠利用麩皮生產乙醇酸,產量為3.15 g·L-1。本研究首次證明了可利用麩皮作為碳源生產乙醇酸,為乙醇酸的工業(yè)化生產奠定了基礎。

Reconstructing the Xylose Metabolic Pathway of Bacillus subtilis to Produce Glycolic Acid

Abstract: This study aims to obtain a food-safe bacterium capable of utilizing wheat bran to produce acetic acid. By co-overexpressing xdh and yjhG, a genetically engineered strain XDH-YjhG was constructed, which could use wheat bran to produce acetic acid with a yield of 3.15 g·L-1. This study is the first to demonstrate the use of wheat bran as a carbon source for the production of acetic acid, laying the foundation for the cost-effective industrial production of acetic acid.
