摘 要：本文介紹了食品工程安全保障與監(jiān)督管理策略，闡述了食品安全問題的重要性，并針對食品工程安全保障的具體內(nèi)容和措施進(jìn)行了分析，包括食品生產(chǎn)的規(guī)范化管理、食品流通環(huán)節(jié)的監(jiān)督管理和食品質(zhì)量安全檢測等，以期為我國的食品安全保障提供參考。

Abstract： This article introduces the safety assurance and supervision strategies in food engineering， elaborates on the importance of food safety issues， and analyzes the specific contents and measures of food engineering safety assurance， including the standardized management of food production， supervision and management of the food circulation process， and food quality and safety testing， etc. The aim is to provide references for food safety assurance in China.
