摘 要：在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)中，氣相色譜分析法屬于一種常見(jiàn)檢測(cè)手段，其依托氮?dú)狻錃獾榷栊詺怏w，對(duì)流動(dòng)相色譜進(jìn)行構(gòu)建，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)目標(biāo)化合物的分離和測(cè)定。本文總結(jié)了氣相色譜分析法的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，探討了氣相色譜分析法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)中的具體應(yīng)用，以期為維護(hù)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的安全健康發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

Application of Gas Chromatography Analysis in the Detection of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety

Abstract： In the detection of quality and safety of agricultural products， gas chromatography is a common detection method. It relies on inert gases such as nitrogen and hydrogen to construct a mobile phase chromatography， thereby achieving the separation and determination of target compounds. This paper summarizes the key technologies of gas chromatography analysis， and discusses the specific application of gas chromatography analysis in the quality and safety detection of agricultural products， in order to provide a theoretical basis for maintaining the safe and healthy development of agricultural products market.
