基于ISO 22000的高校食品安全管理體系建設(shè)研究
摘 要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不斷提高,食品安全問(wèn)題已成為社會(huì)問(wèn)題、共性問(wèn)題,人們對(duì)食品安全的要求越來(lái)越高。為了切實(shí)保障廣大師生的飲食安全和身體健康,高校食堂可利用ISO 22000食品安全認(rèn)證體系,通過(guò)識(shí)別產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別,提前預(yù)判所有可能發(fā)生的危害,排除危害發(fā)生的可能性,有效預(yù)防和控制食品安全事故的發(fā)生。

Research on the Construction of College Food Safety Management System Based on ISO 22000

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of economic level, food safety has become a social problem and a common problem, and people’s requirements for food safety are getting higher and higher. In order to effectively protect the food safety and physical health of teachers and students, college canteens can use the ISO 22000 food safety certification system to identify product categories, predict all possible hazards in advance, rule out the possibility of hazards, and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of food safety accidents.
