生物芯片技術(shù)在食品檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用研究
摘 要:隨著食品安全問(wèn)題日益受到關(guān)注,生物芯片技術(shù)作為一種高效、高通量的檢測(cè)方法,在食品檢驗(yàn)中展現(xiàn)出廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文綜述了生物芯片技術(shù)的原理及其在食品檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用,并探討了其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與未來(lái)發(fā)展前景。

Abstract: With the increasing concern of food safety, biochip technology, as an efficient and high-throughput detection method, shows a broad application prospect in food inspection.
