生物芯片技術(shù)在食品檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：隨著食品安全問(wèn)題日益受到關(guān)注，生物芯片技術(shù)作為一種高效、高通量的檢測(cè)方法，在食品檢驗(yàn)中展現(xiàn)出廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文綜述了生物芯片技術(shù)的原理及其在食品檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用，并探討了其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與未來(lái)發(fā)展前景。

Research on the Application of Biochip Technology in Food Inspection

Abstract： With the increasing concern of food safety， biochip technology， as an efficient and high-throughput detection method， shows a broad application prospect in food inspection. This paper summarizes the principles of biochip technology and its application in food inspection， and discusses its challenges and future development prospects.
