我國有機食品的發(fā)展趨勢、挑戰(zhàn)和建議
摘 要:近年來我國有機食品消費市場呈現(xiàn)快速增長的趨勢,但也面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),如可持續(xù)性發(fā)展、生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與監(jiān)管等方面的問題。本文探討了當(dāng)前我國有機食品的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出了促進有機食品行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的建議。

The Development Trend, Challenges and Suggestions for Organic Food in China

Abstract: In recent years, China’s organic food consumption market has shown a rapid growth trend, but it also faces many challenges, such as sustainability, production standards and supervision and other aspects of the problem. This paper discusses the current development status of organic food in China, the challenges it faces, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of the organic food industry.
